These modifications, currently under public consultation, aim to improve existing regulations to facilitate project execution, update the valuation of facilities, and streamline the approval of necessary and urgent works. In addition, procedures are being addressed for zonal transmission works proposed by PMGDs and expansion works by generators, with the goal of optimizing infrastructure.   <\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Report and electricity sector statistics are available for download in Excel format from our statistics web portal. Through this measure, we seek to facilitate the community&#8217;s access to information related to the electricity sector, for which we compile and organize the most relevant SEN data on a monthly basis:<\/p>\n<p><b>Analysis of the operation.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Systep 12-months spot price forecast.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Summary by companies.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Auction prices.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Non-Conventional Renewable Energies.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Regulatory monitoring.<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Projects in Environmental Impact Assessment.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We hope that this Report will be a contribution to the electricity industry. It analyzes the proposed changes to both regulations, which seek to provide greater equity and modernization to the electricity system. It warns that the new control and monitoring obligations for more than 900 power plants, as well as the incorporation of automatic dispatch schemes, impose demanding deadlines that could be difficult to meet in practice. In addition, it is pointed out that the reform of the stabilized price regime will reduce the revenues of the new PMGDs and PMGs, bringing them closer to the marginal cost.
