July's editorial is entitled "Tariffs are not up to date: Transmission and Distribution". It addresses the lag in the tariff processes for electricity transmission and distribution. It warns that, despite the recent normalization of energy charges, there is still a significant lag in these segments, with financial effects for the companies and risks of future increases for users. In addition, we propose to advance in short-term measures to reestablish tariff updating and regulatory certainty.

The June editorial is entitled "Medium Systems Bill: the good, the bad and the inefficient". It reviews the Medium Systems PoL. It highlights the tariff guarantee granted to renewables and storage, although it contains technological biases. The incorporation of tenders, unnecessary in natural monopolies, is questioned. Finally, the inefficiencies derived from the tariff equalization mechanism are discussed.

May's editorial is entitled "Power recognition under DS70: Is technological neutrality maintained? It analyzes the first binding power adequacy calculation under DS70, highlighting its methodological implications for the recognition of storage systems and questioning whether the new criteria maintain an equitable technological allocation.

April's editorial is entitled "Bids for Expansion Works by Owners and the Mechanisms for Reviewing the Investment Value Awarded". It analyzes the mechanisms introduced by Law 21,721 for the development of Expansion Works, highlighting the new instances to review the investment values and the responsibility granted to the owners in the conduct of the bidding process.

The March editorial is entitled "Blackout in the SEN: A call for attention". It highlights the importance of having external audits to evaluate the origin and effects of the blackout, the operational restriction of the CEN that reduced the transit of power from 1,800 MW to 800 MW in the Nueva Maitencillo-Nueva Pan de Azúcar line between March 4 and 19, and the need to constantly review the regulations and technical criteria that govern the operation of the electricity system.
