The Systep Team is pleased to send you the Monthly Report of the Chilean Electricity Sector (in Spanish).

In this edition we discuss about some challenges of the existing regulation regarding the expansion and remuneration of the Trunk Transmission System, particularly we focus on the weaknesses it presents to develop a strategic planning with a long term vision. For illustrating these difficulties, we analyze a discrepancy presented to the Panel of Experts with respect to the Expansion Plan for the Trunk Transmission System 2013-2014.
