The Systep Team is pleased to present the Chilean Electricity Sector Monthly Report.

The September editorial is titled “Modifications to DS10 and DS37 for the Implementation of the Energy Transition Law.” It discusses the regulatory modifications needed for the implementation of the Energy Transition Law. These modifications, currently under public consultation, aim to improve existing regulations to facilitate project execution, update the valuation of facilities, and streamline the approval of necessary and urgent works. In addition, procedures are being addressed for zonal transmission works proposed by PMGDs and expansion works by generators, with the goal of optimizing infrastructure.

In addition, the Report and electricity sector statistics are available for download in Excel format from our statistics web portal. Through this measure, we seek to facilitate the community’s access to information related to the electricity sector, for which we compile and organize the most relevant SEN data on a monthly basis:
