The Systep Team is pleased to present the Chilean Electricity Sector Monthly Report for the month of April 2024.

This month’s editorial entitled “Lowering of the limit to qualify as a free customer: beyond the incumbent” analyzes the reduction of the power limit to qualify as a free customer, which has been promoted by different actors and is currently being studied by the Court for the Defense of Free Competition at the request of the Ministry of Energy.
