October's editorial is entitled "Integration of data centers to the SEN: Impacts and challenges for the near future". It discusses the limitations and challenges of integrating data centers into the SEN in the short term, particularly in the area of transmission. Given its strategic relevance for the digital and economic development of Chile, the need to strengthen electricity planning and adopt measures that allow an efficient and balanced integration of this new demand in the short and medium term is highlighted.

August's editorial is entitled "Modifications to DS125 and DS88: Are the right deadlines being considered? It analyzes the proposed changes to both regulations, which seek to provide greater equity and modernization to the electricity system. It warns that the new control and monitoring obligations for more than 900 power plants, as well as the incorporation of automatic dispatch schemes, impose demanding deadlines that could be difficult to meet in practice. In addition, it is pointed out that the reform of the stabilized price regime will reduce the revenues of the new PMGDs and PMGs, bringing them closer to the marginal cost. Finally, the success of these modifications will depend not only on their regulatory coherence, but also on the technical and operational feasibility of implementing them within the established deadlines.

July's editorial is entitled "Tariffs are not up to date: Transmission and Distribution". It addresses the lag in the tariff processes for electricity transmission and distribution. It warns that, despite the recent normalization of energy charges, there is still a significant lag in these segments, with financial effects for the companies and risks of future increases for users. In addition, we propose to advance in short-term measures to reestablish tariff updating and regulatory certainty.
