The Systep Team is pleased to present the Monthly Report of the Chilean Electricity Sector (in spanish)

In this edition of the monthly report, we address the Draft Law on Chilean distribution, which is currently in the first constitutional process of Chamber of Deputies. The main points of this are described, such as the reduction of the update rate, the increasement of the typical areas, the adoption of one single valuation study and the obligation of having one single business activity for distribution companies. Likewise, a critical vision is added by systep of the guidelines of the new project and a brief analysis of the impact that the final customer will have due to the reduction of the rate of return of distribution companies.
