The Systep Team is pleased to present the Monthly Report of the Chilean Electricity Sector (in spanish)

This report analyzes the requirements established in the biddings for the supply of regulated customers, which aim is ensuring the effective commissioning of projected power plants that are presented as backup for the energy adjudged by the successful tenderers. For this purpose, the current state of new power plants projected in the last 4 biddings is reviewed. Finally, comments are given on the evolution of the requirements in the bidding processes, including the 2019 bidding bases recently published.
We expect that this report will be a contribution to the electricity industry, where we also review the following information:
