Our founder, Dr. Ing. Hugh Rudnick Van de Wyngard (IEEE Fellow) made contributions, as a consultant and researcher, in the deregulation processes of the electricity sector in Latin America, both in the regulation and pricing of transmission and distribution, as well as in the organization of competitive generation markets.

Their contributions constitute points of reference for deregulatory processes taking place in other parts of the world. He also conducted research in dynamic phenomena and other areas of power engineering, with more than 300 articles in indexed journals and international technical conferences.
